I'm Sachin Kamat — a Frontend Lead who has built and scaled frontend teams from zero, delivering enterprise-grade AI platforms at Raga AI. My journey—from freelance developer to engineering leadership—has given me a unique perspective on what it takes to build world-class products.
Leadership and coding have been parallel tracks from the start of my career. I believe in architectural ownership with a bias for action—whether it's establishing design systems that scale, building HIPAA-compliant platforms, or mentoring the next generation of engineers.
