Raga AI
raga.ai – Website Rebuild
Raga AI's public website used to run on an off-the-shelf Framer template. I replaced it with a custom-designed, hand-built React site: a page for every platform and specialty suite, hand-drawn SVG illustrations, interactive ROI calculators, and smooth scroll-driven motion that still feels native on a phone.
The Challenge
Raga AI's website ran on a generic Framer template. As the company grew into specialty AI agent suites, it needed its own design language, a page per product, and interactive content a template couldn't support.
The Solution
Designed and hand-built a custom React site with a new visual identity, a solution mega-menu, 13 product and specialty pages, interactive ROI calculators, and Lenis smooth scrolling synced with GSAP ScrollTrigger, tuned to stay smooth on mobile.
What I built
Visual identity & navigation
A new dark visual language with gradient type, soft glows and hand-drawn SVG illustrations, in place of the template's stock look.
- A solution mega-menu that groups agent suites by specialty, each with its own animated illustration
- Hero illustrations load lazily, so they never block the first paint
Product & specialty pages
A page for each platform (Prism, Catalyst, Canvas, ClinicalOps, Financial Digital Twin) and each specialty suite: allergy, ENT, dermatology, radiology and clinical trials.
- Each suite has its own theme, with before-and-after comparisons, payer-coverage tables and FAQs
Interactive ROI calculators
Slider-driven calculators on the benefits-verification pages. Visitors set patient volume, minutes per verification, staff hourly cost and CPT codes, and see estimated monthly and annual value update live.
Motion that works on phones
Lenis smooth scrolling kept in sync with GSAP ScrollTrigger through a scroller proxy, with Framer Motion page transitions and animated section headers.
- On touch devices, Lenis steps aside for native scrolling and heavy blurs and effects are scaled back
- GPU-accelerated layers and tuned lazy-load thresholds keep long pages smooth on phones
Content & resources
A blog with markdown posts, events, patents and publications, partnership pages, a US coverage map, and a CME certificate generator that exports PDFs in the browser.
SEO & sharing
Titles, descriptions and canonical URLs for every route come from one metadata map applied with react-helmet-async, plus an Open Graph preview image for social shares.
Engineering notes
- Feature-based structure: app providers, one module per page or campaign, and a shared layer for UI, hooks and animations
- Every route lazy-loaded with React.lazy, so visitors download only the page they open
- Tailwind CSS with shadcn/ui primitives, extended with the site's own gradient, glow and typography styles
- Shipped as a static build served by nginx in a Docker image
Impact
- Custom design replacing a Framer template
- 13 product & specialty pages
- Interactive ROI calculators
- SEO metadata on every route
